How we handle your data
Last updated: October 27, 2026
This policy explains what data Agner receives when you use this site, what we use it for, and how to exercise your rights under Uruguay's personal data protection law (Law 18.331).
Who we are
Agner is a team based in Montevideo, Uruguay, that designs AI voice agents for businesses.
What data we receive
- Calls with the demo agent. If you press “Talk to the agent”, the call runs in your browser with an AI agent. The call is recorded and transcribed. We also keep what you tell us during it, such as your name, company, industry, call volume, the process you're interested in and a contact email or phone number.
- Contact form. The form opens your email app with a prefilled message. We only receive what you choose to send.
- Language preference. The site stores in your browser whether you chose Spanish or English. We don't use tracking or advertising cookies.
What we use it for
To run the demo, get back to you and set up a demo with the team, and to improve the demo agent. We don't sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.
Providers and international transfers
The demo call uses ElevenLabs, which processes the audio, transcript and call data outside Uruguay. The site's fonts load from Google Fonts and the site is hosted on Railway. These providers may receive technical data from your visit, such as your IP address.
How long we keep it
Only as long as needed to answer your request and improve the demo. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your rights
You can ask for access to, correction, update or deletion of your data by writing to hola@agner.ai.
A recommendation
The demo call uses made-up details. Don't share real sensitive data such as card numbers, ID documents or passwords.
